Footnotes
PROLETARIAT vied for the lead from inside into the first then took control around the bend, kicked clear on the backstretch, confidently handled around the far turn, given his cue at the top of the lane and widened under left then right handed urging through the final furlong. SECURED FREEDOM tracked between rivals in the two path, asked two wide then along the rail on the far turn, cut the corner into the lane, finished willingly to edge MR. A. P. for second but was no match for the winner. MR. A. P. rated along the rail in the opening stages, came under a ride on the far turn and cut into the leader's advantage, watched that rival kick away again in upper stretch and got edged for the place honors. BUST OUT unhurried in the early going and steered to the two path, picked up stride three deep on the far turn, tipped out at the top of the lane and missed third. IRISEACH (IRE) located in mid-pack along the rail early on, stayed on the fence to the far turn, brushed the rail and steadied at the five-sixteenths pole, shifted over to the two path after and could not summon the needed rally. JORDI BEAR (IRE) reserved and taken to the inside, moved off the fence for the far turn, got bumped and forced out at the five-sixteenths pole, chased three deep into the lane and improved position. CHARLIE'S CURLIN settled in the two path then found the rail around the clubhouse turn, checked hard and bumped outer rival at the five-sixteenths pole, stayed on the inside to the stretch and was ridden out through the lane. UNRIVALED TIME raced near the back of the pack on the inside, checked behind a rival, altered out and bumped JORDI BEAR (IRE) at the five-sixteenths pole, angled back to the inside, moved out in the lane and improved position. LATER THAN PLANNED (IRE) showed early speed outside a pair of rivals then took a stalking position, dropped off the pace on the backstretch, raced three wide around the far turn and weakened. ONE MORE FREUD followed in range three deep around the first turn then dropped off the pace, went two wide into the far turn, took contact from inner rival at the five-sixteenths pole, remained two wide into the stretch and weakened. MO KOKO vied between runners into the first turn then raced outside the leader around the bend, stalked PROLETARIAT up the backstretch, asked two then three wide on the far turn and tired down the lane.
