LONG MAYSHE REIGN vied inside a trio of rivals up the backstretch, inched ahead of outer pair on the turn, showed the way into the final furlong and held off the late run from PURE CHAOS in the final strides. PURE CHAOS traveled in mid-pack on the inside, shifted to the two path on the turn, steered out to unleash a rally in the lane, surged late and ran out of ground. PAVEL IS APPEALING sat off the pace on the inside, ridden along around the bend, moved out in upper stretch, put in a late bid and edged TIGER OF THE SEA for the show honors. TIGER OF THE SEA vied four deep early, brushed with inner rival entering the turn, fought three deep around the bend, finished willingly down the lane but lacked the needed late punch. FANCY FACTS vied between rivals up the backstretch and around the turn, lost touch with the leader with a furlong remaining and stayed on to the wire. A GREAT SHAKING was off slow to begin, followed in range outside a pair of rivals, altered in a bit on the turn, chased two wide into the lane, came out in upper stretch and offered a mild rally. ELLEN JORTH tracked between from between runners, paused early on the turn and moved inside, hugged the rail to the stretch and needed to find more in the furlong grounds. BERRY VALLEY coaxed along early from off the pace, navigated the turn two then three wide and failed to rally. WINK AND A GRIN allowed to trail the field in the early going, traveled in the two path on the turn, swung out leaving the bend and could not make an impact. CELESTIAL SKIES raced three deep from off the pace, altered six wide around STARS HOLLOW on the turn, came back to the four path, drifted into the stretch and failed to threaten. STARS HOLLOW vied three deep between rivals, got put in tight and checked at the three-eighths pole, dropped back on the turn, eased in the lane and walked off.
