Three-year-olds 120 lbs.; Older 125 lbs. Non-winners of a sweepstakes of $50,000 in 2026 allowed 2 lbs.; Non-winners of $30,000 since Novembe r 1, 2025 allowed 4 lbs. ON THE WHIM took contact at the start, vied two wide leaving the chute, took control and moved to the rail for the clubhouse turn with MR. DISRESPECTFUL to the outside. OLD PAL broke out and bumped, tracked in the two path, three deep on the backstretch, took aim four wide turning for home, fought three deep in the last sixteenth and could not get by the winner. NONE ABOVE THE LAW tracked the speed along the inside, drew closer on the backstretch, came under a ride late on the far turn, moved out under left handed urging in upper stretch, challenged between ON THE WHIM and OLD PAL late and finished a game third. SANTA BARBARIAN content to trail the field on the inside, gained ground in the middle stages, exited the backstretch in the two path, angled four wide around the bend, finished willingly through the lane but needed to find more to reach the top trio. PRINCE DOLCE showed early speed from inside then took a stalking position approaching the clubhouse turn, moved off the rail a bit around the bend, pursued between rivals up the backstretch, asked two wide on the far turn, lost his path in upper stretch and weakened in the late stages. MR. DISRESPECTFUL got bumped between rivals leaving the gate, recovered and was forwardly placed three deep leaving the chute, pressed ON THE WHIM from outside around the clubhouse turn, put a head in front on the backstretch, gave the lead back to ON THE WHIM dueling around the far turn, could not keep up with that rival into the final furlong and weakened.
