AHRENS showed the way early under pressured, moved clear on the turn, remained unchallenged into the final sixteenth and held safely to the wire. SEPTEMBERSIXTYFOUR got bumped from outside at the start, stalked from inside, moved off the fence in the lane and finished gamely to earn second but failed to reach the winner. DECISIVE WIN prompted the pace early, chased two wide around the bend, finished willingly down the lane but got outkicked for second. SANTARENA stalked the top pair outside a rival, chased two wide around the bend, moved out in the lane and finished willingly. GHOST OF MIDNIGHT raced near the back well off the rail, advanced four wide around the bend and kept trying down the lane to whittle the gap late. GENERAL GRAHAM bobbled leaving the gate, tracked from inside, moved off the fence in the drive and failed to rally. UNCLE CHILLY bothered leaving the gate, chased out of range outside a rival, ridden two then three wide on the turn and never responded down the lane. SEE THROUGH IT raced off the pace then trailed into the turn, spun five wide into the lane and was never a factor. DUKE SILVER stumbled a bit in the hind-quarters, trailed early, pulled up the backstretch and passed rivals, came four wide into the stretch and weakened.
