FIBONACCIS RIDE reserved in the early going next to the rail, waited patiently around the far turn, moved out a bit in upper stretch and given her cue, rallied between foes past the eighth pole and edged clear from QUICK KATE in deep stretch. QUICK KATE stalked the dueling leaders from inside, eased over to the two path inside the quarter pole, tipped out and launched her bid entering the lane, put a head in front with a sixteenth remaining but got outkicked by the winner in the final fifty yards. WINK AND A GRIN tracked in the two path or outside a rival for six furlongs, angled four wide leaving the far turn, finished willingly down the lane and got up for third. GRAND SLAM SMILE dueled inside CAN'T SLEEP to the top of the lane, failed to keep up with that rival into the final furlong, churned on from the fence and earned a minor award. CAN'T SLEEP took a short lead dueling outside GRAND SLAM SMILE in the early going, maintained a slim advantage through the far turn, put GRAND SLAM SMILE away in upper stretch, came under threat from shortly after, relinquished the lead at the sixteenth pole and flattened to fifth. KIKURIDE trailed on the inside to the stretch and passed a tired rival. CLUBHOUSE CUTIE stalked the top pair outside a rival to the far turn, asked three wide late on the bend and faded in the lane.
