BULL SHOALS brushed three deep leaving the chute, stalked in the three path into the first turn then moved over to the two path, drew closer three deep between on the backstretch, backed off a bit past the half-mile pole, commenced his run while angling four wide on the far turn, chased in the three path entering the lane, headed the leader at the eighth pole, took over shortly after and kicked clear to win going away. GOING NOWHERE dueled from outside then cleared inner rival and crossed over approaching the first turn, met bids from outer runners in the middle stages, moved clear again approaching the five-sixteenths pole, collared by BULL SHOALS at the eighth pole, yielded to that rival and stayed on to hold second. DOING TIME got bumped between rivals leaving the chute, settled inside, closed in on the far turn, took aim in upper stretch, was no match for the winner and failed to get by GOING NOWHERE for second. BIG VENGEANCE dueled from inside then ceded command to GOING NOWHERE running through the stretch for the first time, took a stalking position in the two path, challenged that rival at the half-mile pole, failed to keep up early on the far turn, chased in the two path around the bend and weakened in the lane. CHALKY'S GOLD brushed leaving the gate, trailed four wide leaving the chute, traveled three then two wide on the first turn, went outside a rival on the backstretch, remained two wide around the far turn, found the rail at the top of the stretch and could not rally. ROYAL RUMOR shifted out to bother rivals leaving the chute and was hard to handle in the early going, drifted out a bit on the first turn, made a middle move four then three deep to challenge for the lead, could not keep up and gave chase three wide on the far turn, then faded in the stretch run.
