Footnotes
CARA ROSE stalked the early speed battle from inside into the turn, coaxed along around the bend but had to wait behind the leader from the quarter pole to the three-sixteenths marker, tipped out to launch a bid at the top of the stretch, dueled with ADIA to the sixteenth pole and drove clear. ADIA took a short lead inside a trio of rivals in the early going, maintained a slim lead through the turn, came under threat from CARA ROSE with a furlong remaining, dueled into deep stretch and yielded late. CASH IN TOKNIGHT got crowded between rivals early, followed in range at the back, took the turn three then four wide, tipped out further at the top of the lane, drifted inward in the final furlong and gained third. AVOCADO LAKE fought for the lead between rivals up the backstretch and around the bend, yielded in upper stretch and flattened to fourth. TRAINING GOOD chased in the two path leaving the backstretch, continued two wide around the bend, lacked room in upper stretch, angled inward and kept trying to the wire. BIG COIN vied three deep between rivals early, remained outside a pair of rivals battling around the bend, could not kick on with the leader in upper stretch and weakened in the late stages. MAGIC CLUB vied four deep to the turn, could not match strides with the top trio but remained close on the turn from out wide, entered the lane in the six path and weakened. FINAL TABLE LADY jumped into the rail shortly after the start and unseated her rider, ran around the infield until caught by the outrider following the race and walked off. THERE WAS A STEWARDS' INQUIRY INVOLVING THE INCIDENT WITH FINAL TABLE LADY EARLY IN THE RACE AND RULED THAT SHE CAUSED HER OWN PROBLEMS AND WOULD BE NO CHANGE.
