SEEKING ATTENTION fought inside a pair of rivals then dueled into the turn, inched ahead around the bend, shook free in upper stretch and held safely under a drive. NOVITA DOMINGA showed early speed three deep, chased after the top pair into the turn, rounded the bend in the two path, finished willingly down the lane and got up for second. GOT THE RING tracked the pace from inside, drew closer on the turn, cut the corner into the lane, also finished willingly in the drive but got outkicked for the place honors. MAD PURSUIT was off a bit slow to start, raced off the pace on the inside and failed to respond down the lane. TOKALA sent for the lead between rivals, dueled from outside into the turn, kept the pressure on the leader through the bend, failed to kick on in upper stretch and flattened in the late stages. LOOSE LOOSEY was off slow to begin and trailed early, raced outside a rival into the turn, tipped to the three path midway around the bend, chased in the two path turning for home and failed to menace. ARDENTE coaxed along early from off the pace, traveled outside a rival nearing the turn, got moved to the three path then shifted in and bumped MI FLECHA approaching the quarter pole and was not persevered with down the lane. MI FLECHA got crowded a bit leaving the gate, traveled on the inside near the back, got crowded and bumped by ARDENTE approaching the quarter pole causing her to unseat the rider, then walked off following the race. THERE WAS AN INQUIRY INVOLVING THE INCIDENT BETWEEN ADRENTE AND MI FLECHA ON THE TURN. FOLLOWING A REVIEW, THE STEWARDS UNANIMOUSLY RULED TO DISQUALIFY ARDENTE FROM SEVENTH TO UNPLACED FOR SHIFTING IN AND BUMPING MI FLECHA WHICH CAUSED HER TO UNSEAT HER RIDER.
