MAGGLES MCGEE stalked the top pair up the backstretch, moved into second along the rail on the turn, bid two wide at the three-sixteenths pole, seized control shortly after, edged clear from SALLY'S WISH at the eighth pole and held well over the runner-up. ALITTLETOOFABULOUS followed in range two wide then along the rail, tipped out at the three-sixteenths pole, rallied into second midstretch, kept gaining on the winner late but lacked the needed final kick. SALLY'S WISH showed the way under pressure from outer rival, cleared at the five-sixteenths pole, challenged turning for home, yielded to MAGGLES MCGEE at the eighth pole and flattened to third. CYCLONE CLAIRE traveled in mid-pack between rivals, took the turn two wide, angled in upper stretch and kept on to round out the superfecta. ELEGANT EMMA sat off the pace on the inside, shifted out near the five-sixteenths pole, came back in, steered out in the lane and improved position. ADIA traveled off the pace and steered to the inside, saved ground to the stretch and failed to threaten. SUPREME WIND broke a step slow, angled to the inside, raced in mid-pack up the backstretch, picked up stride on the turn but flattened out in the lane. UNUSUAL EXCHANGE tracked two wide out of range, spun three wide into the stretch, moved out and lacked further response. FANTABULOUS was off slow to begin, raced well off the pace up the backstretch, saved ground through the turn, angled out in the lane and passed tired rivals. ISLE OF ANGELS pressed the pace from outside to the three-eighths pole, could not kick on with the leader at the five-sixteenths marker and faded in the drive. FOR YOU BUD raced in mid-pack three then four deep in the early going, got floated out at the five-sixteenths pole, angled back down to the two path and failed to menace. SIFTING FOR GOLD was off slow from the inside, lagged behind to the stretch and was never a factor.
