Footnotes
MONGOLIAN ALTAI raced up close from outside, challenged for command up the backstretch, edged clear at the five-sixteenths pole, led two wide into the lane, shifted to the rail at the top of the lane and held safely under urging. YOURAMYSTYLE hit the gate and bumped at the start, chased along the inside then drifted out on the first turn, raced keenly early on the backstretch, chased between rivals at the five-sixteenths pole, entered the lane in the two path, almost cut to the inside but returned to his path when the winner took the rail, kept on willingly to the wire but had to settle for second best. FAST SERVICE broke a step slow, unhurried in the four path early, was on the move four to five wide on the far turn, chased within range entering the final furlong, could not summon the needed late kick but was able to hold third. SILVER N BLACK got bumped leaving the gate, tucked inside at the back, raced between rivals at the five-sixteenths pole, swung out leaving the bend and missed third. SIX HOT GRANDS chased four wide around the first turn, went three deep into the second bend, ranged up three wide, then flattened out in the lane. QUEBRANCHO chased four wide then moved into the three path around the first turn, coaxed along on the backstretch, chased two then three wide on the second bend, swung out late on the turn and failed to threaten. ROBARANDO brushed leaving the gate, drifted out a bit on the first turn, went three then two wide on the far turn and weakened. BAD TO THE BONES went two wide into the first turn then cut to the inside, settled near the back, saved ground around the far turn, tipped out into the lane and was never a factor. SMILING CAPOTE brushed at the start, traveled three then two wide near the back, trailed outside a rival up the backstretch, angled out ot the five path on the far turn and failed to menace. MEEKING took control and moved inside, dueled up the backstretch, yielded at the five-sixteenths pole and retreated.
