STAY FOR THE BOOM dueled inside a rival around the first turn, inched ahead on the backstretch, cleared past the five-sixteenths pole, drew away at the top of the stretch and stayed well clear to the wire. TEE N OFF tracked from inside then moved into the two path on the clubhouse turn, went between rivals on the backstretch, came under a ride two then three wide on the far turn, could not make any headway on the winner down the lane but stayed on to best the others. MIO BAMBINO was off slow to begin, traveled in the two path inside a rival at the back into the first turn, moved out and drew closer in the middle stages, advanced four deep around the far turn but flattened out in the furlong grounds. SOUTHERN MELODEE dueled from outside early then pressed the leader up the backstretch, failed to keep up with STAY FOR THE BLOOM midway around the far turn, chased two wide into the lane and weakened. STAGGER LEE bothered leaving the gate, pulled the rider along the in the two path around the first turn then continued to tug on the backstretch, suffered a mild shuffle on the far turn, angled four wide approaching the stretch and weakened down the lane. MILLBO BAGGINS broke well, forwardly placed along the inside early, asked while still next to the fence on the far turn, cut the corner into the lane and faded. BOWTIE BOYS dropped off the pace two then three wide around the clubhouse turn, got shuffled back on the second bend, came four wide into the stretch and faded. RHYTHEM ON STAGE got crowded leaving the gate, trailed three wide on the first turn, saved ground through the second bend and was never a factor. TIGGRRR WHITWORTH stalked in the four path around the first turn, raced three deep leaving the backstretch, faded around the far turn, then tired and was eased in the furlong grounds.
