STANFORD DROPOUT raced up close on the inside, tried to slip through inside the leader but lacked room at the quarter pole, gained a clear path approaching the stretch, quickly took over and won going away. HANKERING pressed the pace from outside, chased after the leader on the turn, challenged again three deep turning for home, was no match for the winner entering the furlong grounds but was clearly second best. IT'S A FACTOR saved ground towards the rear, steered out in the lane and produced a mild rally to gain third. MEEKING showed early speed then chased past the half-mile pole, went two wide into the turn, found the rail, angled out and came four wide into the stretch and could not rally. ROCKABILLY REBAL got crowded leaving the gate, raced outside a rival near the back, lacked room behind a rival at the quarter pole, angled to the inside and kept trying to advanced positions in the lane. BENEFICIAL led between rivals early, cleared at the sevens-sixteenths pole, yielded in upper stretch and gave way. MACHO MAN sat off the pace and stayed away from the rail, asked three wide on the turn and failed to menace. AUDIBLE SILENCE trailed two wide into the turn, angled out to the four path on the turn, remained wide to the stretch and passed tired rivals. JOHNLINO tracked from off the rail, dropped back two wide on the turn and came up empty. CRUCIBLE traveled off the pace from out wide, went four deep into the turn, came six wide into the stretch and failed to make an impact. BAZOOKA CHARLIE chased between rivals in the early going, lost ground three then four wide on the turn and tired. AMADOR stumbled leaving the gate, recovered and went up to be forwardly placed outside rivals, traveled four then five wide on the turn and tired.
