ANNAN showed early speed between rivals then took a stalking position in the two path, followed behind the leader on the inside through the far turn, tipped out for a clear run in the lane, drew alongside the top pair at the eighth pole and edged clear in the late stages. WINNING PATRIOT chased from inside and got put in tight early on the first turn, got put in tight again leaving the bend, had to wait when boxed in along the fence at the quarter pole, angled out in the lane, rallied and gained second. PRINCE OF DEL MAR took control from inside, challenged around the far turn, resisted to midstretch, weakened late and managed to save third. FREEPORT JOE trailed from off the rail early, passed a rival on the backstretch, continued to make progress while angling out on the far turn, tipped out further at the top of the lane, put in a mild late bid and missed third. MYSTIC SPIRIT raced up close on the outside, bid two wide around the far turn, fought between rivals past the eighth pole and weakened in deep stretch. CARDIFF CRACK raced in the two path near the back, crept closer three deep on the backstretch, gained while easing out further on the far turn, moved out at the top of the lane and kept on trying to the wire. VODKA VODKA got crowded between rivals early, settled inside, ran up on heels between foes at the halfway point, waited for room on the far turn, moved out a bit then cut back inside in upper stretch, showed some response but was too late. PRINCE DOLCE steered to the rail racing near the back, trailed into the far turn, tipped to the two path around the bend, swung widest approaching the stretch and flattened out in the final furlong. BRAZENLY saved ground from off the pace, trailed into the lane and passed tired rivals. SUPERNAL tracked in the three path around the first turn, chased between rivals while two wide around the second bend, then weakened down the lane. POKERKNIGHTATVEES laid off the pace between rivals in the two path, drew closer three deep in the middle stages, stayed off the rail to the stretch and also weakened. CHROMEFLASH settled four then three wide early, crept closer four deep on the backstretch, chased three deep on the second turn and and faded.
