Footnotes
MAYACAMA controlled the pace from inside, remained unchallenged into the lane, led clear into the final sixteenth under strong handling and flagging from the crop, challenged by IMA JOKER late and was able to hold on. IMA JOKER saved ground thorough both turns, tipped two wide into the lane, angled out further for a clear run, put in a late bid and missed. MISS MEAGHER (IRE) stalked three wide into the first turn then raced outside a rival, took aim from the three path coming into the stretch, finished determinedly in the final furlong but could not summon the needed late kick. LA SCALONETA tracked from inside, crept closer on the far turn, hugged the rail to the stretch and finished evenly. GIGGLE GIGGLE traveled near the back of the field on the inside, chased between runners at the quarter pole, found traffic entering the lane, kept on once in the clear but could not threaten. DORIE MILLER was closest in pursuit from the two path to the far turn, came under a ride around the bend and weakened down the lane. CAMERON SLOUGH unhurried in the early going, traveled two to the far turn, ridden along while angling four wide around that bend and failed to rally. TIARAQUEEN (GB) broke awkwardly to come away slow, tucked inside at the back, moved outside a pair of rivals on the far turn, spun five wide into the lane and lacked a rally. O K ROSE laid well off the pace in the two path, asked two then three wide on the far turn, had to pause when boxed in past the quarter pole and failed to rally. PORT ELLEN (IRE) tracked out of range two wide, chased within striking distance two then three wide on the second bend and weakened in the drive.
