HIGH KING followed in range on the inside, put in a rail bid leaving the backstretch, failed to keep up with the leader early on the turn, followed along the rail to the stretch, drew alongside ROWDYBARFIGHT once more at the eighth pole, took over midstretch and drove clear. HEROIC DOSE lost his path and took up early, trailed two wide around the clubhouse turn, had one beat into the second bend, traveled along the rail or in the two path on the far turn, steered out into the clear in the lane, came with a late run and gained second. CHAOTIC NEUTRAL broke a step slow, moved inside, crept closer around the far turn, cut the corner into the lane, finished willingly down the lane and earned the show honors. SHAPOVAL tracked a bit off the rail then along the fence, drew closer leaving the backstretch, shifted three wide on the far turn, bid from outside in the lane but lacked the needed late kick. ROWDYBARFIGHT chased in the two path, took over from outside on the backstretch, cleared at the half-mile pole, challenged by HIGH KING at the sevens-sixteenths pole, cleared again early on the far turn, moved inside, challenged again by HIGH KING at the eighth pole, relinquished the lead midstretch and weakened late. MILKEN COOKIES tracked in the two path, asked two, three, then four wide on the far turn and weakened. HAMMERBARN broke a step slow, sat off the pace in the two path, paused late on the backstretch behind a rival, dropped back around the far turn, spun three wide into the lane and weakened. ROXIIESBADBOY angled to the inside racing at the back, trailed up the backstretch, saved ground to the stretch and was never a factor. SISSY GIRL grabbed the lead and moved inside, lost the lead early on the backstretch, stalked the new leader at the half-mile pole, chased two wide into the lane and faded.
