REGAL PATRIOT dueled from outside, led into deep stretch and held gamely over runners on both sides. ARRAKIS tracked from inside, tipped three wide at the quarter pole, angled out further in the lane, rallied and got up for second but could not get by the winner. SIR ROCKET settled off the pace, angled in then back out on the turn, went three wide into the stretch, tipped out at the top of the lane, finished well through the stretch and missed second. FLYOVER stalked along the inside, bumped outer rival at the five-sixteenths pole, cut the corner into the lane, launched a rail bid into the final furlong, drew alongside the leader and could not summon the needed final kick. AFTERNOON NAP stalked three deep into the turn, bumped early on the turn and again at the five-sixteenths pole, moved out in upper stretch, finished willingly late but lacked late punch. UNCLE DUDE hopped at the start, trailed up the backstretch and moved inside, found the two path around the bend, closed fast in the lane but was too late. STYLE CAT raced towards the rear on the inside, tipped out into the lane, angled out widest in the drive, showed late run and was gaining to the wire. PLEASE FOCUS prompted the pace outside the top pair to the stretch and also lacked the needed late kick in the furlong grounds. ITS A CINCH lost a clear path and steadied early, chased between rivals, got bumped early on the turn then bumped between rivals at the five-sixteenths pole, kept trying down the lane and could not threaten. OUR BUCKY CHARM raced outside a rival off the pace into the turn, angled four wide around the bend and lacked further response. GOLDEN ALE dueled from inside, fought between into the final furlong, then weakened in the last sixteenth. LISTENUPSHANCE coaxed from the gate chasing out wide, took a bad step early and was eased out of the race at the half-mile pole and walked off the course.
