TITANIC THOMPSON pressed from outside, dueled around the bend, put a head in front at the eighth pole, put CLEVER CLOVER away at the sixteenth pole under hand urging and flagging from the crop and remained clear to the wire. CHECK'S ON THE WAY stalked from inside, tipped two wide around the bend, moved out in upper stretch and rallied to get up for second. CLEVER CLOVER dropped back and angled to the inside, angled four wide around the bend and got up for third. JAGUAR JON got crowded between rivals early, angled to the inside, cut the corner into the lane, finished willingly down the stretch and got edged for third. ANDTHEOMOFTHEBRAVE led early on the inside under pressure, dueled around the bend, lost command with a furlong remaining and weakened in deep stretch. BELLY UP forwardly placed between rivals early, got crowded a bit at the three-eighths pole, lost ground and chased between runners at the back into the lane and flattened out. GOLD COUNCIL tracked outside a rival early, rounded the bend three deep, angled out in upper stretch and failed to respond. MIDNITE MUSKET stalked the top pair outside a pair of rivals, remained three wide on the turn and weakened in the drive.
