Footnotes
BILLIE HOLIDAY was off a bit slow to begin, settled inside, had to take up past the three-eighths pole, angled out and came four wide into the stretch, closed in fast to reel in ACCLAIM PERFECTION and surged clear. ACCLAIM PERFECTION vied for the lead from inside then dueled into and around the bend, carried a short lead into the final furlong, put DONTTELLMEWHATTODO away at the sixteenth pole but offered no resistance to BILLIE HOLIDAY late. ZADRA stalked three deep between rivals, had to take up when crowded at the three-eighths pole, chased three wide into the stretch and got up for the show honors. DONTTELLMEWHATTODO fought for the lead three deep then dueled outside ACCLAIM PERFECTION into the turn, battled around the bend and down the lane but flattened out in the last sixteenth. ALITTLETOOFABULOUS stalked from inside, had to check at the three-eighths pole, ridden along the rail then a bit off the fence into the drive, kept on trying down the lane but could not summon the needed rally. STARS HOLLOW away quickly then vied between rivals for early command, failed to match strides leaving the backstretch and chased two wide into the turn, found the rail around the bend and lacked a bid down the lane. TROISIEME ETOILE raced up close four deep in the early going, angled down to the two path around the bend and weakened. A GREAT SHAKING was off a bit slow, steadied early then began pulling up the backstretch, rounded the bend three then four wide, moved out in the lane and failed to menace. CALIFORNIA ROCKS trailed off the rail in the early going, raced four wide early on the turn, got floated out to the five path, came back in a bit approaching the stretch and could not make an impact. PASALUBONG chased between rivals, took up when put in tight at the three-eighths pole, dropped back and angled in around the bend and weakened.
