GEEZER dueled from outside, inched ahead at the quarter pole, cleared in upper stretch and held safely under urging. SEAGER MAN tracked from inside then came off the rail a bit around the bend, showed late effort and gained second while whittling the gap on the winner. RAGING WATERS raced up close outside the top pair, took aim four wide into the stretch, failed to produce a bid but finished a clear third. MAJOR TOM lacked early speed, saved ground through the turn and summoned a mild rally to round out the superfecta. CAROL'S COMIC got shuffled back shortly after the start, chased outside rivals to the turn, went four to five wide around the bend and failed to respond when called upon. ATOMIC DROP dueled from inside holding up the backstretch and around the turn, yielded in upper stretch and weakened. BRUTTO chased from off the rail, rounded the bend two to three wide while dropping back and weakened in the drive. CUPID'S CRUSADER steadied a bit shortly after the start, took hold again running up behind a rival at the nine-sixteenths pole, dropped further back three, four, then five wide on the turn and was never a factor.
