UECKER stalked the top pair outside a rival, tipped three wide around the bend, bid three then four deep in the furlong grounds, took over past the sixteenth pole and gamely prevailed over SIRNAMI late. SIRNAMI bumped with inner rival at the start, followed in range from off the rail or outside a runner, navigated the turn two then three wide, steered out in upper stretch, rallied five deep only getting outkicked by the winner. DEBBIES GETTINGHOT stalked along the rail, waited around the turn behind the leaders, lacked room in upper stretch, shifted out and launched a bid between rivals, got put in a bit tight in the last sixteenth but was able to earn the show honors. DR. FILKINS dueled from outside, battled into the final furlong, fought between late while bumping with EYE OF THE SMILEY and was outfinished by the top trio. EYE OF THE SMILEY went up to challenge for the lead from inside, carried a narrow lead into the final furlong, fought inside several rivals in deep stretch, bumped with DR. FILKINS and got outfinished. THE MAX FACTOR tracked the speed from inside, lost ground on the turn, moved off the fence in upper stretch and failed to respond. CARL ERSKINE rubbed the gate to come away a bit slow, trailed on the inside, tipped three wide approaching the stretch and passed a pair of weakened rivals in the lane. MANX MISSILE was reserved in the opening stages, traveled outside a rival off the pace into the turn, came three wide into the stretch and proved no menace. LA MOTTA AVENUE got bumped and took up in the beginning, saved ground from off the pace, tipped two wide exiting the turn and never got involved.
