Footnotes
THERESASILVERLININ stalked along the inside and took up behind the leader early on the clubhouse turn, patiently handled while moving over to the two path on the far turn, tipped out at the top of the lane to launch a bid, quickly took over with a furlong remaining and finished strong to win going away. MISTY DANCER settled in the four path then outside a pair of rivals on the clubhouse turn, raced in mid-pack leaving the backstretch, gained three then four wide around the far turn, challenged from outside in upper stretch but was no match for the winner in the late stages. UNBRIDLED SCHOLAR raced up close three deep into the first turn then moved into the two path, went up to put the pressure on the leader on the backstretch, inched ahead at the quarter pole, led into the two path entering the lane, lost command at the eighth pole, weakened in the final furlong but was able to secure third. LADY MONCLAIRE raced up close four then three deep around the first turn, stalked outside a rival on the backstretch, asked in the three path on the far turn and faded in the lane. MRAZEK'S OLD DREAM broke a step slow, chased in the two path then between rivals early at the back, drifted five wide around the far turn and failed to threaten. BROADWAY VENUS cleared quickly and crossed over to the inside, dueled with UNBRIDLED SCHOLAR up the backstretch and far turn, lost command at the quarter pole, could not keep up approaching the stretch and gave way. VIOLET STORM chased on the inside at the back of the field into the first turn, trailed into the second bend, moved off the fence to pass a tired rivals and was never a factor. ACT OF SERENDIPITY chased two wide between foes into the first turn, dropped back a bit around the bend, tried on the far turn, eased in the lane, eventually crossing the wire and walked off.
