Footnotes
LORD MAJESTY tracked three wide, bid between horses entering the lane, fought on into the final furlong, gamely battled with an outer pair in the final sixteenth and prevailed. GEE NO HOLLANDER broke a step slow, raced off of the pace three wide and between horses into the turn, moved out to the five path while picking up stride turning for home then sustained gradual progress to bid outside of the top pair in the final sixteenth and forged for place at the wire. GLOBAL SENSATION tracked from midpack four deep, progressed to bid at the quarter pole, vied with inner foes before wrestling an advantage passing the furlong pole, but got outfinished by his inner counterpart late and was nailed on the wire for place. CATAMOUNT vied along the inside before electing to stalk outside of his counterpart with a half mile to go, rebid and gained an advantage as an outer pair offered challenges at the quarter pole, got headed by those bidders at the furlong grounds and gave way. IMPERIAL RULER stumbled at the start, pursued along the inside, inched closer to track around the turn, chased in the two path nearing the lane and lacked a bid. FIFTY CENT DOLLARS raced off of the pace two wide and between horses then made little impact. ILLINI showed the way along the inside into the turn, got headed by a trio of outer bidders at the quarter pole and weakened.
