Footnotes
ALSTON prompted three deep, took over with five sixteenths to go, drew clear shortly after, but tired in the final sixteenth and lasted from an outer bidder at the wire. ADMIRAL HALL broke a step slow, settled off of the pace near the inside, progressed moving to the two path coming to the three furlong pole, rallied to bid outside of the tiring leader nearing the wire but missed. JETS RIO tracked from the four path, chased in the four to three path turning for home then ran on willingly. SPURGEON broke a beat slow, trailed into and down the backstretch, pursued in the four to five path into the lane and failed to menace. NASH POTATOES led narrowly from a pair of outer prompters into the backstretch, proved no match for his widest counterpart passing the five sixteenths pole and faded. SURFIN' M vied two wide and between horses, but faded at the three furlong pole, faltered and was eased through the lane.
