Footnotes
GROVELAND vied two wide, dueled as the battled continued through midstretch and drove clear with a sixteenth to go. FORT SAM vied for the lead inside of the eventual winner, fought on to sustain the duel through midstretch but yielded at the sixteenth pole then lasted for place. SEIZE THE NIGHT settled in the three path, moved out to the five path turning for home then ran on to miss place. REAL MACHO brushed with an inner foe at the start, raced forwardly two wide and between horses, chased around the far turn, yielded at the quarter pole yet came again to reclaim fourth at the wire. I DON'T GET IT brushed with an outer rival at the start, race doff of the pace in the four path, progressed outside of foes into the far turn, offered a mild bid outside of the top pair at the five sixteenths pole but flattened out. DAI VERNON lacked speed in the two path, trailed around the far turn, shifted out to the five path in upper stretch and improved position. TIME FOR TRUTH stuttered a step at the start, raced close up along the inside, chased turning for home then weakened. SKYRO bobbled a bit at the start, trailed in the three path, floated to the six path into the lane and made little impact. OSBOURNE stalked three wide, pressed the leading pair while coming under urging into the far turn, but chased between horses shortly after then weakened.
