UP BEFORE THE DAWN steadied from between horses early on, laid well back along the inside into the first turn, moved out to the four path into the backstretch, progressed outside of foes around the far turn, fanned five wide into the lane, rallied while shifting inwardly reaching midstretch to bid for the lead leaving the furlong grounds, then drifted out many paths while drawing clear. SILVERWING settled in the two path, then between horses at the half mile pole, swung out to the seven path entering the lane and rallied to gain place in the final sixteenth. JUST YOU AND ME brushed with an inner foe and steadied early on, pursued from midpack two to three wide, checked among foes at the half mile pole, awaited racing room rounding the far turn, swung out to the six path entering upper stretch, rallied along with an outer rival to bid for place between horses at the sixteenth pole but got outkicked. LUCKY BERNADINE broke a beat slow, laid off of the pace in the three to four path into the backstretch, took closer order with a half mile to go, chased three deep around the far turn, flattened out and yielded position between rivals at the quarter pole, yet shifted out to the five path leaving upper stretch and kept on among horses. PEACE MISSION set the pace along the inside, vied with an outer pair into and around the far turn, repelled those foes in upper stretch but got caught by a wider challenger leaving the furlong grounds and faded. SHIFTYINDEPENDENCE stalked three wide, bid into the far turn, vied around that bend but was repelled leaving upper stretch, got outkicked shortly after and gave way. CYBER GAL broke a step slow, trailed along the inside, saved ground while well back around the far turn, chased two wide and between horses into the final furlong and lacked a bid. MARIGOLD RUN brushed with an outer rival approaching the first turn, pursued from midpack along the inside, progressed approaching the far turn, but chased the top trio turning for home, moved out to the four path entering the lane but shied subtly while getting outkicked by an outer rival in midstretch and gave way between horses. BIT TIPSY pressed two wide, vied between horses around the far turn but gave way in upper stretch and weakened while hanging on her left lead. LADY MAXIMUM tracked along the inside, then two wide and between horses approaching the far turn before weakening at the quarter pole.THE RIDER OF MARIGOLD RUN CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST UP BEFORE THE DAWN ALLEGING INTERFERENCE IN MIDSTRETCH, BUT THE OBJECTION WAS DISALLOWED BY THE STEWARDS.
