ZAT'S THE ONE set the pace in the two path, built a clear advantage with a half mile to go then drew off through the lane under moderate urging. BLACKSMITH pressed the eventual winner from the three path, failed to sustain pressure and chased into the far turn, proved no match before getting headed for place by an outer bidder at the quarter pole, regained that position reaching midstretch and ran on to be second best. HOUSE UNITED progressed two wide and between horses to stalk into the backstretch, chased along the inside turning for home, kept on to rebid for show at the sixteenth pole and prevailed for that position at the wire. TIMING DIFFERENCE broke a step slow, pursued from the three path, crept closer turning for home, shifted to the five path into upper stretch but leveled off and missed show. PENALTY BOX tracked from the three to four path into the backstretch, inched closer to edge place at the quarter pole but flattened out and yielded between horses in the final sixteenth. VERY CONNECTED leaned outwardly and bumped the gate at the start, raced off of the pace in the five path then tired. HIGH CEILING buckled at the start, trailed in the two path, improved between horses at the quarter pole moved drifting out to the seven path in upper stretch and made little impact. DEMETRIUS inched closer along the inside to track into the backstretch, but weakened passing the three furlong pole.
