Footnotes
FANSHELL BEACH bumped with an outer rival at the start, vied for the lead with an outer foe while remaining in the two path around the turn, shook clear in upper stretch, drifted out multiple paths in the final sixteenth yet lasted between on-charging bidders late. CRACK ON bumped with an outer foe and dropped back at the start, lacked speed in the three path, briefly floated to the five path before tucking back at the quarter pole, moved inwardly in upper stretch before unleashing a rail blitz in the final furlong, closed in to offer a late bid but ran out of ground. GOOD TO BE KING laid off of the pace along the inside, picked up stride while swinging five wide and between horses entering the lane, shifted inwardly to knife between rivals and rally in the two path in the final furlong, shifted outwardly while closing in in the final sixteenth, but got herded by the drifting leader late. TOLSTOY raced close up along the inside while well in the bit, shifted to the three path to claim place in upper stretch, but only managed to chase the clear leader thereafter before getting outkicked by an inner pair. AMERICAN POPE laid off of the pace two wide, floated six wide into the lane yet stayed on willingly. ARCTIC WOLF bumped with an inner foe at the start, tracked two wide, chased while shifting to the four path into the lane, got outkicked between rivals in the final furlong and failed to menace. HEY TUFF GUY stalked within striking range from the four path, but proved no match and faded between horses. RED SUN pursued from midpack in the four path before tucking to the inside at the three furlong pole, but failed to factor. FORTUNE KING eased back from between horses early on, raced at the rear in the two path and made little impact. ISSACHAR leaned outwardly at the start, tracked from the five to three path into the turn then faded between horses entering the lane. SUPER SAIYAJIN bumped with an inner foe leaving the gate, vied outside of the eventual winner and from the three path, but yielded between rivals leaving the quarter pole and weakened.
