Footnotes
BEAU SOLEIL broke outwardly and brushed a rival at the start, checked subtly at the five furlong pole prompted three deep, drifted out four wide while chasing an inner rival into the lane, yet ran on to sustain a bid in the final furlong and edged past late. WHAT'S CRACKIN vied two wide, then between horses around the turn, led turning for home, inched a clear advantage entering upper stretch, dug in as a pair of outer rivals took aim in midstretch, but was bested by his widest challenger in the final sixteenth. LITTLE BLAZE stalked along the inside, then in the two path and behind the leaders with three furlongs to go, took aim three wide and between horses entering the lane, bid along with an outer rival leaving the furlong grounds, but got outkicked while flattening out at the sixteenth pole. CANDY ARCADE was brushed between horses at the start, raced at the rear in the four path, advanced in the six path turning for home and moved up. PROTOMAGIC pursued off of the pace in the two path and failed to menace. GOSHEN was brushed by an inner rival into an outer foe at the start, tracked from midpack in the four to five path and gave way. WE'LL DO IT LIVE vied for the lead with an outer rival, got headed by that one as a wider foe applied pressure at the three furlong pole, then faded in upper stretch. CALTHA was brushed by an inner rival at the start, saved ground at the rear and made little impact.
