BOURBON BOSS went to the front expeditiously, continued on under pressure from WHISKEY AND EASY, drifted out through the stretch but was able to stay on task for the win. TWIRLING ROSES raced along the inside of the middle of the pack, lost ground exiting the turn to bump into FLIPPING FISH, angled back in to show a mild rally down the stretch. ONCOMING TRAIN trailed shortly after the start, rallied along the inside of the stretch, tipped out three wide at the sixteenth to be up for the show award. FLIPPING FISH tracked the early pace, bumped outward by TWIRLING ROSES at the quarter, split foes late to improve position. BOSS' DIALIN IN settled off the pace, took towards the outside of the stretch, made no improvements. HONOR THAT DUDE raced off the pace three wide, made no impact. WHISKEY AND EASY pressed the early pace, faded in the stretch.
