BETTE DAVIS sat comfortably behind the pace, made an inside bid at the quarter to take command, kicked clear for a convincing win. ROLL GYPSY ROLL trailed for most, passed foe in the far turn, took towards the outside of the stretch and rallied for second. MIDNIGHT BLAZE left the gate a step slow, found position between rivals, angled out four wide at the quarter to press the pace but came up empty. STRAWBERRY SUNDAE set a pressured pace, continued on until giving way at the quarter, weakened down the stretch. FOREIGN TOURIST pressed the early pace, retreated in the stretch. NO COST moved up to track the pace four wide, trailed at the three eighths.
