ROAR OF SILENCE settled off the pace, began closing through the far turn to be in position to show an impressive drive past foes on the inside of the stretch. TRUE BLUE SKY found position around the middle of the pack, moved up to make a seven wide bid at the quarter, rallied for the second and defended placing at the wire. DEAL'EM AND WEEP settled off the pace, showed an impressive rally along the outside of the stretch. IRISH KITTEN settled back to trail the pack, passed a couple foes through the far turn, took towards the far outside of the stretch to rally nicely. GYPSAN settled off the pace between rivals, angled out six wide in the stretch to close willingly. DESERT GLOW saved ground to stalk the pace from the inside, backed off a couple lengths up the backstretch, split foes in the upper stretch but flattened out. START SINGING moved up to press the pace three wide, claimed a brief lead around the five eighths, weakened in the stretch. ALL ABOUT ME was fractious in the gate, rushed to the early lead, a bit rank through the first turn, continued on under pressure until giving way at the eighth. SPICY ITALIAN tracked the pace four wide, backed up off the pace, continued on from that position. TALKSALOT raced off the pace four wide, trailed entering the stretch, passed tired foe. APRIL'S GEM was rated along the inside, leaped and made contact with the inside rail around the five eighths and dropped back off the pace, weakened to last. STEWARDS INQUIRY REGARDING APRIL'S GEM DURING THE BACKSTRETCH RESULTED IN NO CHANGE.
