SIPPIN ON GIN settled off the pace, made steady improvements along the inside of the backstretch, launched a five wide bid at the quarter to surge past the competition for a well timed win. MANGUM raced just behind the pace on the inside, backed off a couple lengths in the far turn to make a four wide bid at the top of the stretch, showed a good burst of speed in the final sixteenth but just missed. COSMIC TRAIN settled back to trail the pack, began to make progress in the far turn, rallied along the inside of the stretch, tipped out three wide at the eighth to split foes and continue on rallying but came up a bit short. MACHO BEANIE claimed the early lead, was challenged to duel at the quarter, continued to duel down the stretch but was out-finished by driving foes. HIGHLAND CREEK tracked the pace four wide, moved up to contest the pace at the quarter, dueled down the stretch but got out-finished. LE MONSTRE RAPIDE pressed the early pace, retreated down the stretch. TAMBOURINE STAR raced off the pace, trailed through the far turn, passed tired foe. BLUE CHEESE raced off the pace three wide, retreated through the far turn to trail at the quarter, eased across.
