CLARESTOWN settled off the pace, made steady progress along the outside of the stretch before finding a late burst of speed to be up just in time. STAR'S IMAGE was very reluctant to load the starting gate, raced just behind the early pace, made an inside bid at the top of the stretch to take command by the three sixteenths, could not sustain bid and got nailed at the finish. UPTURNED BRIM settled off the pace three wide, took towards the five path at the eighth and found best stride late to be up for the show award. BOURBON BOSS tracked the pace four wide, held relative position throughout for an even finish. COVEY (GB) pressed the early pace, faded in the final furlong. SAWYER FOX was quick to set a pressured pace, came under heavy pressure from both sides until ultimately giving way at the three sixteenths. TREATY was in tight quarters after the start and was checked back off the pace, never threatened. OUR DETERMINATION was pinched back at the start, trailed throughout.
