FRET NO MORE went swiftly out of the gate to set the pace, came under pressure going up the backstretch, opened up a couple lengths down the stretch for a wire to wire finish. SISTER SAINT moved up to press the pace between foes, backed off a bit through the far turn, held at bay by the winner. MAYLEN sat behind the pace along the inside, tipped out three wide at the quarter to improve for the show award. SMART IZZY raced a few lengths behind the pace, took towards the five path at the top of the stretch but was unable to make any significant improvements. SPICY ITALIAN trailed for most, passed retreating foe in the stretch. CAME UP ROSES hopped at the start, rushed up to stalk the pace three wide, began a slow retreat at the quarter.
