GOLDEN TEMPO settled off the pace, weaved through traffic in the far turn before taking towards the inside at the eighth, inhaled the remaining foes for an impressive win. MESQUITE raced not too far off the pace, swung out six wide at the quarter to rally down the stretch but came up just short. CARSON STREET pressed the early pace from the inside, put a head in front at the half, drifted out a few paths in the upper stretch, grudgingly gave way to driving foes on both sides late. CHIP HONCHO was off a step slow, moved up five wide through the first turn, stalked the pace three wide under a tight rein, loosened hold in the far turn before applying heavy pressure down the stretch but was out-finished. QUALITY MISCHIEF trailed for most, swung out seven wide at the quarter to close willingly down the stretch. EXOSOME broke slowly, raced off the pace, made minor improvements in the stretch. STOP THE CAR tracked the pace four wide, faded in the stretch. CROWN THE BUCKEYE set a pressured pace between rivals, relinquished the lead at the half, continued to apply pressure until fading in the final furlong. WHITE TIGER tracked the pace from the inside, retreated down the stretch. THUNDER BUCK tracked the pace between foes, retreated down the stretch.
