MEDORO tracked the early pace three deep on the inside, loomed three wide through the far turn to enter the stretch just behind the pace, found a surge of energy in the final furlong to reel in the leader. CUPIDS CRUSH quickly took command to set a comfortable pace, opened up a couple lengths in the upper stretch until grudgingly giving way to the winner at the sixteenth. LUCKY SPEECH raced off the pace on the inside, closed willingly in the upper stretch, split foes three wide at the eighth to get up for the show award. NANDA DEA (ARG) settled off the pace, angled out four wide in the stretch to show a mild rally for a respectable finish. STRIKINGLY SPUN moved up through traffic to find position just behind the pace on the inside, took hold repeatedly going up the backstretch, faded in the final furlong. SWEET TREASURE bobbled at the start, raced off the pace, found best stride late to make some minor improvements. STYLISH SUE stalked the early pace three wide, faded in the final furlong. TRIUMPHANT SPIRIT took hold after the start to trail the pack, trailed for most until passing tired foes in the stretch. EPIC STYLE found position around the middle of the pack, had no more to give in the stretch. LAKOTA SPIRIT raced off the pace three wide, never involved.
