FAVORITE DAY settled off the pace before the first turn, showed an impressive drive six wide down the entire stretch to take charge by the sixteenth. SWAGING was bumped at the start, vied for command with PRIME POWER along the inside, backed off briefly approaching the turn before contesting the lead again, continued to duel down the stretch until grudgingly giving way to the winner. CHAPPELLE chased the early pace, looked to make a three wide bid at the quarter but was held in by UNITAS while biting at each other, finally allowed to launch the three wide bid at the eighth but came up just short. PRIME POWER was bumped at the start, vied for command from the two path, led briefly approaching the first turn, continued to duel down the stretch before fading in the final furlong. UNITAS broke a step slow, stalked the pace three wide, rubbed shoulders with and exchanged bites with CHAPPELLE at the quarter, weakened then on. TICKLE ME UNCLEMO broke slowly, trailed distantly throughout, no factor.
