NOBLE AFFAIR took charge expeditiously, came under pressure by CORONA DE ORO in the upper stretch, kept on task to hold off foe and secure the victory. CORONA DE ORO tracked the pace between foes, moved up four wide through the far turn to press the pace in the upper stretch, continued to press throughout the stretch for a gamely finish. SPECIAL OPS bobbled slightly at the start, raced off the pace five wide, closed some ground in the turn to find a prominent position entering the stretch but was no match for the top two. OBELUS checked lightly by the pace setter shortly after the start, chased the pace from the inside, faded down the stretch. TWENTY TWO BLACK saved ground to stalk the pace from the two path, faded down the stretch. TAPIT'S GUNNER settled off the pace, tipped out six wide but could not rally. DAMASCUS STEEL found position four wide between foes in the middle of the pack, backed off through the turn, took to the far outside of the stretch but made no improvements. BDS TOP GUN trailed distantly throughout.
