Footnotes
MISS RIVER RAT tracked inside up the backstretch, was cued while angling out to the three path passing the five-sixteenths pole, ranged up to bid from the four path at the top of the lane, took command approaching the three-sixteenths pole, and was wrapped up thru the final furlong while kicking away. ROAR OF SILENCE rated in the three path, moved up outside of rivals to bid while angling back to the two path entering the far turn, took the lead midway around the far turn, got overtaken by the winner in upper stretch, and was second best. STAR ANISE showed the way while pulling along the inside around the first turn, set the pace from off the rail up the backstretch, was roused while losing the lead passing the five-sixteenths pole, then drifted out to the nine path in upper stretch while fading. APRIL'S GEM stalked in the three path but retreated around the far turn.
