AMOUDI BAY quickly took command along the inside, came under heavy pressure from VESTURE in the final furlong, just held to secure the victory. VESTURE tracked the early pace between rivals, began closing in through the turn but got too close at the quarter and was forced to take hold, tipped out in the two path for the final furlong to begin slowly reeling in the leader but was too late and just missed. SNARE was bumped at the start, raced off the pace, gained along the inside of the upper stretch, looked to split foes at the three sixteenths but the gap quickly closed forcing a reposition to the inside, got up for the show award. BOSUN was bumped at the start, tracked the pace from the inside, was checked back approaching the three eighths, tipped out four wide at the top of the stretch but could not improve. VAMOS CARLITOS trailed for most, passed tiring foes along the outside of the final furlong. SASSI D tracked the early pace four wide, weakened down the stretch. MEGA MAGIC raced not too far off the pace, showed little down the stretch. MARCUS GIFT was fractious during the post parade and got loose momentarily, tracked the pace three wide between foes, backed off before the turn, weakened in the stretch.
