FIT TO FLY quickly took command of a pressured pace, continued well in hand until being asked by the rider at the three sixteenths, kept to task under right handed encouragement for a gate to wire win. SPOKE tracked the pace three wide, saved ground in the turn to enter the stretch just behind the pace on the inside, tipped out at the eighth to begin closing, was held off by the winner. CLARESTOWN was bumped at the start, trailed in the early stages, split foes for an inside rating at the half, angled out three wide in the stretch to get up for the show award. ONE TRUE GENTLEMAN was bumped at the start, raced off the pace, trailed in the upper stretch, passed tiring foes in the final furlong. SWIFT AS I AM trailed shortly after the start, weaved around tiring foes down the stretch. DINOS DIXIE was bumped at the start, rushed up to press the pace, faded down the stretch. SATURDAY'S GOLD tracked the pace four wide, did not respond to the riders encouragement and retreated down the stretch.
