FRAN'S STAR tracked the early speed from the inside, closed in through the far turn before making a five wide bid at the top of the stretch, brushed CALICOCO at the eighth before taking charge and driving clear. SONYA KNOWS BETTER was rated in the two path, closed ground in the far turn before making an inside bid at the top of the stretch, held at bay by the winner. CALICOCO applied pressure to the early pace setter, took charge just after the quarter, brushed by FRAN'S STAR at the eighth and gave way. SLICK AND FAST found position around the middle of the pack, finished well five wide down the stretch for an improved finish. DAPPER MOON raced off the pace along the inside, closed some ground in the far turn, split foes in the upper stretch, improved. BIG CHOPPER was squeezed back at the start, raced off the pace, steadily advanced four wide up the backstretch, flattened out in the stretch. OUR MAJESTIC was pinched back at the start, raced off the pace, passed tiring foes along the outside of the stretch. CUSTOM'S CLEARED tracked the pace three wide, closed in through the far turn to enter the stretch in a competitive position, weakened then on. HOUSE BOURBON bumped a rival at the start, showed good early speed, continued under pressure from CALICOCO until giving way at the quarter, weakened then on. WOODS N WATER settled off the pace, showed little. PEGASO trailed distantly throughout, eased across, walked off.
