THUNDERHAWK tracked the early pace from the inside, loomed through the turn four wide to enter the stretch in a prominent position, switched to inside lead a the three sixteenths under left handed encouragement before switching back to the outside lead a the eighth under right handed urging, took charge approaching the sixteenth and held firm. SILVER HALO claimed the early pace under a tight rein, rider loosened hold around the five sixteenths, continued down the upper stretch under right handed encouragement before grudgingly giving way to the winner approaching the sixteenth. EXPRESS LINE was off a step slow, trailed in the early stages, began making improvements after the half, took towards the outside of the stretch to show a mild rally. INSTAMATICAL settled off the pace, trailed at the half, closed willingly along the outside of the stretch for an improved finish. SAND STREET stalked the pace three wide between foes, took towards the inside of the stretch but came up empty. SARATOGA SLACK tracked the early pace four wide, failed to respond to any encouragement in the stretch and weakened. UNBRIDLED PLEASURE pressed the early pace between foes, began a slow retreat in the turn to trail by the eighth.
