PRINCESS CELINE was pinched back at the start, steadily advanced along the inside to sit right behind the pace through the turn, found an opening around the three sixteenths to launch a three wide bid and drove home in hand. ILLY SIMZ quickly set a pressured pace from the inside, helped along in the stretch with right handed encouragement until giving way to the winner in the final furlong, clearly second best. GREAT FORTUNE settled off the pace, finished well along the inside of the stretch to earn the show award. SPIRIT TO INSPIRE tracked the early pace three wide, never switched leads in the stretch and flattened out. LITTLE BIT O STORM found position around the middle of the pack, backed off a bit in the turn, angled out five wide in the stretch but could not rally. SAFECRACKER SUE trailed shortly after the start, passed retreating foe in the stretch. TWENTY FOUR GRAND pressed the early pace from the two path, never switched leads and retreated down the stretch.
