Footnotes
REMI , confidently handled tracking the pace two to three wide, drew alongside MY BOY J leaving the half, cruised clear mid way on the final turn then braced for an outer MUSICAL BAND, turned that one away when roused soon into the lane, kept on under solid handling past mid stretch and held firm. MUSICAL BAND , in range outside a rival early on, was put on a hard chase three wide leaving the five sixteenths, crept closer to have aim into the lane, failed to kick on with the winner but stayed on willingly to be well clear of the rest. SEIZE THE WIN , off a beat slow, drifted out a path when moving up into the first turn, edged up while saving ground near the half, angled out with pursuit as the leaders got away into the stretch, failed to seriously go on and faded through the final furlong. RESCUE SQUAD , four wide into the first turn, dropped in for the backstretch run and settled off the pace, angled out under a ride in upper stretch but came up empty. ALWAYSFREAKY settled in the clear early on, failed to kick on under pressure into the far turn and retreated. MY BOY J sped clear soon after the break, set the pace towards the inner rail, was engaged by the winner near the half, sparred leaving the far turn, was under pressure after being disposed of, stayed in touch to the head of the lane then faltered.
