Footnotes
FAKE SMART rated forwardly three to four wide and in range of a contested early pace, edged up after being cued leaving the three eighths, dueled on near even terms and under strong handling outside STREET PARTY through the final three sixteenths, forged to a slim advantage in deep stretch and prevailed. STREET PARTY set a pressured early pace inside, shook clear nearing the half, dug in when engaged by the outer winner with five sixteenths to go, fought valiantly through the lane and just wasn't quite good enough. TWENTY TWO BLACK steadied inside when a bit headstrong behind the leaders soon into the backstretch, settled near the five eighths and stalked, shifted out thre wide to take aim on the top pair into the lane, switched over to his left lead pursuing past mid stretch then evened out. FLASH OF CHAOS was squeezed back soon after the break, regrouped and settled off the pace, angled out to commence a run leaving the far turn, quickly gained four to five wide into the lane, chased past mid stretch and flattened out. PROPS saved ground and faded. SUNSET SKIP stumbled when in tight soon after the the break, recovered to save ground, failed to respond and faded. CHASING GRAY , quickly to contention, vied outside a rival through the opening half, failed to kick on around the final turn, faltered and was eased through the final furlong.
