Footnotes
SAUCY ARGUMENT was rated along the inside, chased the pace up the backstretch and far turn, attempted to shift out into the three path in the upper stretch but bumped into MR. RONNIE and was forced to reposition back along the inside, reeled in the leader and just held. MIDNIGHT HALO bobbled at the start but quickly recovered to take early command, set a pressured pace up the backstretch and far turn, began driving in the upper stretch with left handed encouragement before allowing passage for SAUCY ARGUMENT along the inside, began clawing back late but missed the bob for a gamely finish. MR. RONNIE applied pressure to the pace in the three path, shifted in slightly in the upper stretch in response to right handed urging to bump into SUACY ARGUMENT, continued to stalk the pace down the stretch. CONTRABAND EARLY tracked the pace four wide, encouraged from both sides down the stretch but could not close. TAP THE TEQUILA was rated between rivals, trailed momentarily in the far turn, gained a position along the inside of the stretch. LITTLE WARRIOR was unhurried at the start, saved ground in the first turn, angled out five wide up the backstretch, improved briefly before finishing last.
