MAX S trailed through the first turn, steadily advanced along the inside while travelling up the backstretch, chased the pace through the far turn, made an inside bid at the top of the stretch to take command, held firmly down the stretch to earn the win. BEACH INVASION broke swiftly before settling not too far back, moved up between foes through the far turn, tipped out five wide in the upper stretch to gain position but was held at bay by the winner, best of the rest. A LONG TIME took charge shortly after the start, settled along the inside through the first turn, vied for command with DON PABLO briefly before giving way at the five eighths, repositioned four wide before the far turn, closed in through the far turn to enter the stretch in a competitive position but flattened out. DON PABLO bumped inside foe at the start, moved up between horses through the first turn to press the pace, took charge at the five eighths, lost some ground rounding the far turn to allow passage for MAX S, faded down the stretch. CLASSIC SENSATION moved up to stalk the pace three wide, backed off the pace while travelling up the backstretch, distanced from the rest. HAULIN OATS was bumped by outside foe at the start, attempted to move up but lost some ground entering the first turn, trailed up the backstretch, began retreating in the far turn, outran.
