CRUISING THE TOWN broke in and crowded inner foe at the start, rated early, angled four to five wide upper stretch, bid into the final furlong, dueled into the final sixteenth, determinedly prevailed. VELVETEEN vied for the early lead between foes, shook free and set the pace from the inside nearing the quarter marker, held sway to the furlong grounds, met oncoming bid at the sixteenth-pole, fought gamely to deep stretch, bested at the wire, well clear for second. KISSES FOR COOPER settled outside, asked three to four wide upper stretch, no match for top two, ran on for third. NOT TODAY BOSS lost path start, trailed to turn, in tight nearing the quarter pole, found room along the rail into upper stretch, chased to the furlong grounds, weakened late. MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE settled in the second flight, tracked the pace between rivals to the turn, was shuffled back midway through the bend, trailed into upper stretch, by tired foes in the late stages. TORREY PINE showed speed, disputed pace inside to the turn, got caught a bit in tight into the bend and steadied twice nearing the quarter marker, fought on into the lane, chased to the furlong pole then gave way. WHATEVERYOUSAY close up while three wide early, chased to the quarter marker, tired in the final furlong.
