AWESOME RUTA broke alertly, sent for the early lead, set modest fractions while well handled to the quarter pole, held sway through lane and kept to task late. CALIBRATE tracked inside, well placed to the half, angled three wide upper stretch, could not impact the winner late but was up in time for second. LIAR'S POKER broke in, recovered and stalked pace to the backstretch, chased the winner into upper stretch, yielded in the final furlong, was outfinished for second and clear for third. WRITE OFF JERRY squeezed start, settled outside of rivals to the backstretch, swung four to five wide upper stretch, evenly late. SABI rated inside, well placed to the half, asked two wide upper, no late rally. MR MCGREGOR settled mid-pack, saved ground to the far turn, shifted two wide for the drive, no late rally. RISK MANAGER tracked outside, coaxed two to three wide to the half, chased four wide to upper stretch, weakened lane. CONTEMPLATION bumped at the start, settled two to three wide to the backstretch , swung six wide upper, no threat late. NEXT LEVEL caught a bit in tight to the first turn, settled into the backstretch and trailed to the half, no factor late.
